Tim has 35 years of experience leading sales, business development, product management and supply chain leadership teams within manufacturing companies. Delivering successful results through both direct sales and the distribution channel, Tim has led sales teams responsible for standard and custom solutions, in markets that include residential construction, automotive, industrial, consumer electronics and computing. His foundation for success has been leading teams that embrace accountability and deliver a profitable pipeline of business opportunities through a mature sales process that is aligned with the company’s vision and financial objectives.

Skilled at delivering transformational results, Tim has led process and organizational change that include CRM (Customer Relationship Management), SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), customer service, Source-to-Pay / S2P implementation and logistics. Skilled as a teambuilder, he has directly recruited and developed award winning sales and customer service teams within the connector industry, and coached a pipeline of management talent. He has successfully led contract and price negotiations with small and large businesses and is capable of success within both high and low leverage relationships, and both simple and complex sales transactions.

With a direct and down to earth communication style, Tim believes building a mutually beneficial relationship based on trust is critical to success, both at work and at home. He is proud of his marriage of 30+ years, as well as his two engineer children. When not working Tim volunteers his time within several charity organizations and enjoys running, music and the outdoors.
