I have had a very eclectic career. I have been an entrepreneur since the 1990s. Before that I worked in large corporations and a boutique consulting firm. Throughout this journey, I have often found myself translating among different business disciplines, enabling them to see the impacts the various functions have on each other, and finding ways to improve alignment and effectiveness.
It is my experience that executives manage in ways that are best for their departments, often at the expense of the business as a whole. Organization Renovation has been created to find the tools that enable departments to better serve the whole business.
